WinALDL - 160 baud ALDL reader

WinALDL is a program that reads the ALDL data from some supported ECM types. The data is presented in a way that will help when tuning a car after engine modifications. A simple hardware interface must be built to convert the ALDL data stream and make it compatible with a PC serial port.

The original idea for this program came from Ken Kelly. At first they just wanted to write a good free scanner for the 1227747 ECM. Then they added another one ... and another ...

Requirements

A PC with a serial rs232 port running a Win32 enviroment. ( Windows 95/ 98/ ME or Windows NT / 2000 / XP )

WinALDL - Supported ECM types

I have tried to make a list of vehicles supported by WinALDL, and what selection to use in the configuration dialog.

This is not a complete list, and the ECM part numbers may not match all the vehicles listed for that ECM. In some cases many different ECM's use the same serial data, and one ECM can send different data in different applications.

If you have more information, please send me a mail and I will try to correct this list. I have very little information about the carbed applications, and what ECM's they use.
